Root furniture and carvings

We think that our range of root furniture and accessories is both diverse and interesting. The raw material for this range comes from the base of pre felled teak trees. This is the bit that would normally be burnt or pulled up. However this part is often the most interesting part of the tree and our suppliers buy up as much of this previously wasted material as possible.

We actually have 2 suppliers, both of whom buy the teak roots in West Java.

As you will understand each piece is intrinsically different. We have tried to give you as many photos as possible but variation will occur – we are sure, though, that you will be happy with what you receive. For higher priced items such as tables and benches we try to post photos of a selection so that you can choose the actual piece that you will receive.
