The entire ethos of our company is built on strong family values and a good working relationship...

We are a family run business and all the suppliers we deal with in Lombok, Java, Bali, India and Vietnam are also family run businesses.

We do not deal with large corporations, the craftspeople we deal with are masters in their respective arts and we ensure that all monies go toward their family environment and community as well as improving their business.

We have been doing business with many of our suppliers for over 15 years so we are very close to them and their families. As a result we have built up a strong working relationship between us based on trust, integrity and professionalism. We respect our suppliers as craftsmen and as characters and regularly visit them and their employees in their work environment several times a year. Many of them are very good friends to us and always welcome us into their homes.

When looking for new suppliers we are careful to avoid those who employ children or who do not offer safe working conditions to their employees. We like to work closely with each supplier in their workshop developing new product ranges and improving on old ones. As a result we forge strong bonds with each.
